East Orange Community Charter School

Greetings:

It is my sincere pleasure to inform you that East Orange Community Charter School recently received approval of our Five-Year Charter Renewal Application from the Acting Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Education.

 

East Orange Community Charter School {EOCCS} has successfully completed a strict and rigorous review of our academic programs, student’ performance, and fiscal operations.

 

Our approval was based on the result of the commitment of the Board of Trustees, School Administration, staff, students and stakeholders, in providing the educational tools needed to ensure that our students achieve their academic goals. The implementation of programs that afforded parents/guardians an opportunity to participate in their children’s educational development was also a resulting factor in this process.

 

As we move forward in the next five years and beyond, it is East Orange Community Charter School’s objective to continue to prepare our students to effectively collaborate and problem-solve using spontaneity, creativity and innovativeness as active citizens of the 21st Century global community and to promote excellence for all of our students.
